Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fabula ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Fabula is an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that provides structured guidelines for generating children's moral stories via Claude AI. Fabula does not generate stories directly — all story content is generated by Anthropic's Claude, using your Claude subscription.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Free and Premium Plans

Free Plan: 5 stories per month, 10 core moral values, up to 10 saved stories.

Premium Plan: Unlimited stories, all moral values, unlimited saved stories. Billed monthly at $5.00 USD via Stripe.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

6. Content and Stories

Stories generated through Fabula are created by Claude AI using your own Claude subscription. You retain ownership of the stories you generate. Fabula provides structured guidelines (values, age-appropriate constraints, narrative structures) but does not claim ownership of the output.

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is harmful, illegal, or inappropriate for children.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Interfere with the operation of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service

8. Intellectual Property

The Fabula name, logo, website design, and MCP server software are owned by Fabula. The moral value taxonomy, story guidelines, and creative seed system are proprietary.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your saved stories and account data will be deleted.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Italy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
